It had been a privillage given to me to serve the people of Guatemala. Recently, we conducted a 3 days Youth Life Workshop on the 8th, 9th, and 10th Dec 2005. Total including the leaders and the participants we had trained about 50 people. Many of them had shown their sincere appreciation and thanksgiving for having gained so much from the course. And here I am really grateful that I can contribute and make a difference in the life of the people here. I had Maggie, a local Guatemalan to be my interpreter and she is really good, and we together with JoAnn, we had created the experience that we want the youth and leaders to have. It was a workshop with a vision to see the youth in Guatemala be set free from fear, to have their self esteem build up and to have and believe in their dreams. Many lives had been set free and many are certain of their dreams and what they really want in life.
This experience that I had during my travels was just so awesome and wonderful. I will truly not forget and pray that the work that had began in these life will continues to grow and expand in Guatemala.
