Missing our yummy seafood dinner
I was away for 7days in the southern partof Belize to do sailing. This was an awesome experience for me, as we were each only given 1 litter of water everyday to wash away the salt water. And that we get to experience pitch darkness with many stars up in the sky as early as 6.30pm. And it was awesome to see the sunrise, bath with beautiful sun setting infront of you, sleep early 8.30pm and wake up early at 5.30pm to see the sunrise. The scernery we witnessed was just amazing. I get to see our co-captian Raul and go fishing and catch lobster into the sea with his spear and I really had fun watching him in action so effortlessly. And he sure swam like a fish. I must also share with you the one time my almost drown experience. It was my first time doing a 3rd lung dive (using an external oxygen tank) to be shared by 3 peoples. As we were diving at around 12m for about 12 mins. suddenly the air went off and there was no oxygen, we had to ascend up earlier with an external oxygen tank. But when we ascended on the surface the current was so strong and we kept sinking in (cos we had the weight belt on). I had to abandon the weight belt into the 25 m deep ocean, to swim to the nearby ocean higher land. And it was a sure frightful experience for me, as I get to drink lots of salt water. But yet on hind side it was still fun to have experience that.
