Adventures in Peru, Lima

When I first arrived Peru, Lima, I met up with Sis Soh Cheng at the airport. And straight away I joined her to the bible study group she had at the outskirt of the Lima. It was quite an expreience to travel the public bus with Soh Cheng, she is always on the lookout and very careful with her belongings. I had a fun time fellowshipping with her members though I speak very "poco" little spanish. The people in Peru like most latin American, time to them was not a factor, so many of the member starts to come only after 1 hr of the stated time. Thus, the bible study did not end until 12 midnight. Sis Soh Cheng had been a great help to me, following couples of days in Lima, she help in getting my Bolivian tourist visa and yellow fever injection, and bringing me to taste the various delicacy of local Peruvian food, which I totally enjoyed.

For the 1st time in my life, I tried paragliding, and I must say that I had a great and fun time, though it is just a brief 15 mins up in the air, over looking the amazing shoreline and the capital of Peru, Lima. Peru is a beautiful country filled with it's natural resorviour of beauty and splendour. The people are very warmth, courtoues and friendly, always ready to attend to your needs.
