Visiting the Western Part of Guatemala with Halga

Town in Quzeltanenago

Together with halgar at the 1st Maya ruins town in Ixela

Today, i travel with Halgar, a local lawyer to the western part of Gautemala, It was a long drive upand whatmore is that Halgar don't speck english and I don't speak spanish, so we actually struggle as we communicate with each other. It was fun though as we find our own sign language and expressions of words in communication. This is the 2nd larger city in Guatemala, and I got to see alot more Mayan people, and the local market. As we travel up, the scenery was just spectacular and witnessed some of the road destroyed by the recent hurricane, which had caused thousand to died. Many of the folks here are very poor and bascially the soucre of income here is from agricultural. i love drive through all the small town and experience the different lifestyle here. This is wonderful.
